Who is the Data Controller?

The Data Controller of the data collected through this site is Green Lab srl, with registered office in Loc. Poggio dei Pini st 6 n. 14 – 09012 Capoterra  (CA) P.Iva 02779520929 (continuing also the “Owner”). Why do we process your data and when do we collect it?        

When browsing our website, we collect certain personal data of users (hereinafter “Navigation Data”), such as the IP address of the PC, or the domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI/URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good intent, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user. On our site there is also an area “Let’s talk about business” that you can use to ask for information: if you decide to write to us we will also treat your personal and contact details (name, surname, phone, email address) (hereinafter “Service Related Data“).

Navigation Data

We use them for statistical purposes, to improve our site, to protect the safety of users’ navigation. This data does not allow your identification. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest and that of the user.

We also collect data for the purpose of analysing and processing information about you, your preferences, habits, consumption choices and/or browsing experiences. This activity is carried out through the use of technologies such as cookies (own or third parties). Data collection for the purpose of sending newsletters and information material on business activities. The processing carried out for these purposes is carried out with the specific consent of the user. We process this data on the basis of your express consent via “flag” in the “Contacts” section (art. 6 lit. a) GDPR).

 

How do we process your data?

The processing of your data takes place through the use of appropriate tools and procedures to ensure its security and confidentiality, and can be carried out both through our website and through other electronic tools (for example internal management) and sometimes even with the help of paper. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of this Website (administrative, commercial, system administrators, etc.) or external subjects may have access to the data (as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, in the cases provided for by the legislation, Data Processors by us. How long do we keep your data?                                  

Navigation Data: the data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities specified. Upon expiration the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are additional purposes for the storage of the same. The Data Controller has no control over cookies entirely managed by third parties and has no access to the information collected through these cookies. Service Related Data: the data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the request.

Newsletter data: the data will be stored for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of data registration. In any case, you can revoke your consent at any time by proceeding to the present opt-out

 

Where is your data?

The processing we carry out with your personal data relating to the Service takes place on European soil. We have chosen partners who would allow us to keep the data within the Union, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure. Your Navigation Data (IP address), instead, through the installation of cookies (for more information on cookies read our cookie policy)may be transferred outside the European Union by concluding agreements guaranteeing an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses laid down by the European Commission and/or binding corporate rules.

 

Who accesses your data?

Your data may be made accessible to the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as data processors and/or system administrators or other subjects (as an indication: professional firms, consultants, software houses that provide management, etc.) that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data processors.   
The Data Controller may communicate your data to Public Administration, Supervisory Bodies and/or Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom the communication is mandatory or necessary by law. Your data will not be disclosed.

 

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to obtain, in the cases provided, access to your personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation). Right to complain

If you believe that the processing carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, you can submit a complaint to the Guarantor, as provided by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to appeal to the appropriate courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).

 

Protection of the privacy of minors

This website is aimed at a general audience, however its services are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not request, collect, use or disclose personal data provided by persons under the age of 18 online. If we discover that we have personally collected data of a minor, we will delete them immediately.
